When I come upon a diamond in the rough I make my offer show them the cash if refused I leave them my card and say give me a call if you change your mind. Then I walk back to the truck. 50% of the time if the wife is there I get we’ll take it before I drive off. Nothing more worthless than a broken pinball it take up space, pisses off the spouse and frustrates the person who can’t fix it.
