I normally read more than I post, Been on pinside 10 years now but I digress. As one who had both, I can safely say I enjoyed TZ way more. I always wanted a CV, could have got it new in 98 but the code was horrible and I didn't want to chance the $2k at the time ( what a bonehead move on my part). Any way fast forward to 2009 and I finally got one for a decent price too. I liked it at first, However everything I liked about it grew thin, The colors that I loved at first just looked awful, too much green. Hated the back glass art the orange faces on the characters eventually looked old and out of place next to Spiderman and Family guy, and the backglass game was lame, no skill needed and really chopped into the game play, the amazing roony got old. It was easy to join the cirqus. High wire multiball and neon multiball was excellent though as is the light show, that said nothing compares to getting lost in the zone. If you can get both do it but I'd be surprised if TZ went before CV. To put it into perspective I usually keep my games for quite a while if I like them. LOTR for example I have had since I got it new in 03, CV lasted under a year.

To your avengers questions. My Brother in Law has avengers and TZ. For him neither will go anywhere for some time, He thought CV was just ok and passed on the chance to get it from me when I sold it if that tells you anything.

Good Luck.
