I have a friend that has all 3 of these and is letting me get my hands on the one I want first and is going to sell the rest to the public. So now I have a very hard choice to make. I've played them all and like all of them but he will only sell me one with same best friend hook up price no matter which pin I pick. So what say you?

Fast break is super cool but unless you're a big 90's bball fan, I'm not sure it would have the speed or staying power of HS2. Never played JM.

I say Getaway, but JM is good too.

Getaway is a classic. The driving and running from the cops theme never gets old. It’s kind of a simple somewhat easy game but still super fun. Always cool to get a couple balls in the Supercharger and watch the chaos ensue. I have it now and am planning to keep it for awhile.

JM is a fast game with a “clunker 90s movie” theme and kinda broken scoring. Can be a little brutal. Had one, traded it off, wouldn’t mind having it again.

NBA is actually kind of a cool game if you like basketball, it’s just kinda dated. I bet the link feature is really cool tho.

Comes down to theme for me. I'm an NBA fan and the rules are pretty good on NBA Fastbreak so that's what I'd pick. If you're a huge Reeves fan Johnny Mnemonic has a lot of modes and it would be a while before you saw everything the game has to offer. If maintenance is an issue I've read about problems with the glove and the supercharger more often than any NBA Fastbreak problems. Starship Fantasy has the NBA ramps: http://starship-fantasy.com/ramps/NBA-Fastbreak-Two-Ramp-Set

Not a fan of any but we can eliminate NBA right off the bat.

I'd go HS2 personally.

JM > Fastbreak > Getaway. JM is just packed with fun stuff, Getaway is real simple.

HS2 because it packs a lot of punch for what it is and is a desireable title to trade or sell in the future. If you had a large collection and money to burn I'd say two linked NBA Fastbreaks for head to head competition.

I really enjoyed Fastbreak while I had it - picked it up in a package deal so it was never going to stay. But I was REALLY surprised how much fun I had on it.

#9 5 years ago

I vote JM it's a very fast game with decent rules and the gloves are an awesome feature.

Fastbreak was a lot of fun, but I sold mine rather quickly for some reason. The backglass mini game got really boring after awhile and also those trivia questions. I would go with JM.

#11 5 years ago

I think JM is the most fun out of those 3.

#12 5 years ago

I would say NBA Fast break especially if you have kids and u want them to play....its a very fun game

#13 5 years ago

If you have a larger collection, FB is a ton of fun and different. Always enjoy Getaway...not a big fan of JM.

Getaway FTW

NBA- boring

JM- shoots good and plays semi fast, but a lesson in how to take a terrible theme and make it worse.

#15 5 years ago

Getaway by a mile, then JM and last NBAFB. I use to own all three BTW.

JM is an awesome game if you get it set up to play really fast. I think it's the fastest playing Bally Williams game from the 90's.
It's also the deepest of the 3, with lot's to do.

#18 5 years ago

-All in the same condition.... Getaway!

-If JM is a lot nicer, maybe JM.

-Only NBA FB if you have at least 5 other games, love basketball, and don’t like the other 2 games.

I guess the “friend discount” might be a factor as well. Are they all the same price?

#19 5 years ago

JM and it’s not even close

#20 5 years ago

If you like basketball, I think nba Fastbreak would be your best option. It’s a fun pin that scores completely different than other pins and I like that it has a high score for every team. I traded mine away and regret it

#21 5 years ago

If you have kids or grandkids NBA FB, they will like the simple and understandable rules.

Jm is a good pin especially bc its its fairly cheap

#23 5 years ago

I have had all 3.

Fastbreak is great pin for the basketball nostalgia but it gets old fast in a small collection.

JM is typically cheaper and a fun game. The glove is a cool gimmick but less fun to rebuild when it needs service.

Getaway is a game I regret selling the most. It got a lot of play, was fast and fun and everyone loved playing it.

You can’t really go wrong here but my pick would be Getaway, then JM and then NBAFB

This is an easy one, and that's not often the case with these votes.

JM - all the way.
Deepest game, best layout and shots of these 3 titles, no Q.
