Just picked up an NBA Fastbreak and I have a couple of issues I need help with.

1) I can't physically take the translite off to open up the backbox. The lock/unlock mechanism works fine and I can lift up the speakers when it's unlocked, but I can't get the translite past the top lip of the speakers.

2) The ball gets stuck around the hoop in the translite game thing. I have to bang on the translite to get it to return to the flipper. Attached are a couple of pics.
