Fairly old topic, but here goes. Pop the hood and tighten the coil bracket assemblys to the playfield. I had similar issues and kept on leveling the game, cleaning plungers and sleeves, changing sleeves and so on. Finally I realized that the brackets had come a tiny bit loose and after tightening them back, every shot is a hit
