    Quoted from ypurchn:

Each shipment gets worse and worse with Michelle and STI, NO WAY I pay to use them again. If a buyer wants to use them, I'm OK cause it's at their expense/risk and I can fight their shady local reps. The last 2 pickups they have tried to not to preschedule and call me and say "hey we're going to be there in 30 minutes, have it ready" to which I politely reply "Sorry, I'm not at home best of luck charging the buyer for a pickup you haven't scheduled". In both instances, it has taken them 7+ business days to formally schedule a pickup.
They also pulled some real BS with my Strange Science I had shipped and I'm still waiting on Michelle to send my claims form which I've requested multiple times. At this point, she's dodged it long enough that I don't think I can even file a claim. So, I finally just gave up!
BUY LOCAL, SAVE SHIPPING, FORCE STI TO GET BETTER AT WHAT THEY DO! My voice doesn't scream loud enough but, I can speak with my wallet and my voice on pinside!

I got my claim form online and filed it through the email address. When they crashed my game I itemized everything it needed in a spreadsheet with links and values. I got a labor estimate from a local full time tech and emailed all of that in. They paid the full amount.
