Ditto here. I've shipped/received numerous items and pins with legs on and off with NAVL. Majority of the time I've had no problems. The two times there was damage, NAVL paid the full claim. Just make sure everything is photo-documented. Have pictures of the game before it's picked up, after NAVL wraps it, and when it's on the truck. Then pictures the moment it comes off the truck and after it is unwrapped.
I still wouldn't hesitate to use them.
