National Parks - open?

    We're looking to get away and were thinking of visiting Shenandoah National Park in Virginia in early June.

    From the website, it looks like it is open, but with some trails closed. We were looking ot stay at a lodge in the park. Is that psrt of the park system as well? The website says that the lodges, restaurants and gift shops are closed, but the lodge website says they are opening 06/11. I don't want to drive 6 hours for noting to be open.

    Anyone in the know?
