Quoted from MustangPaul:What are Pinsider friends for. Have you seen the pictures of what I've done to my game in the thread?
I have, looks great.
If I sell my black hole, I'll probably pick up that one for sale in the marketplace.
Quoted from MustangPaul:Good goin Slim.
Yup your fillin up, almost caught up to me.
Haha, thanks! I have one out on loan, and may put out a second so I have a place to setup nascar. This hobby is ridiculous
The light just comes on and flashes with the rest of the inserts for jackpots etc. It only opens for the 2nd ball lock.
Quoted from BMHouze:So what's the best mode to be in when starting multiball?
I have had right sides only going and so far the best for scoring was having hard racing active.
Hard racing seems to be the best for me as well going into multi-ball
Quoted from whisper:Yes the car spins, an stops when it's meant to so the ball can hit the car an roll into the lock , the problem is when the ball hits the car it doesn't register the hit to either move up places in the race or to lock up the balls.
The opto right in front of the car probably isn't registering. Take the truck plastic off and check the two connectors to the opto board. I had the exact same issue and it just needed the connector reseated.
Quoted from PeoriaKid:Hello everyone, and thanks in advance for your help and advice.
I've had my Nascar for about 1 1/2 years and a few months ago it started randomly tilting. I'll be playing it and then it starts with "Danger" and then shortly after that, it tilts.
It also "automatically" launches the ball each time, and it seems to tilt when there is more than one ball on the playfield
Any ideas?

Sounds like a switch matrix issue
Quoted from dementedwarlok:Finally got champ 1 and captured it all on stream

Nice work!
Quoted from MustangPaul:Yup that would do it too. I've never seen that before though.
I've had a sticky shooter lane switch cause it to not roll back all the way too
I cut down the "soft" side of a velcro piece and stuck it inside the scoop on one side. Mine consistently kicks to the right now.
Quoted from Soapman:Did it for mine. Has held up great. Well over 300 plays.
It is a decal.
That looks fantastic. I'd be interested in buying if you decide to sell others.
Quoted from MustangPaul:Looks like some smudging or dirt from ball strikes on the white part. Does that clean off?
Think of it as tire rub....short tracks ftw! Hahaha
Quoted from Soapman:I can get the decals for the test car done. Just need to know if you want to apply, or have me apply. Also need to know what drivers car decal you want on it. I will get a price for decals for self install.
Pm sent
Quoted from Soapman:Update on Decal for test car. No update. He has been busy and has not had time to look into it.
Still no update?
Quoted from MustangPaul:When you power up it's supposed to go up and down 3 times then stay down until you make certain shots to make it go up.
Mine definitely doesn't do that. What version rom are you running?
Quoted from Agent_Hero:Not much of a range then down to rough and routed--seems like average condition sells for low 2's? There's this too:
https://pinside.com/pinball/market/classifieds/ad/80710
I agree the range isn't much, a friend picked up a HUO dale jr for 2800 recently as well. This game just doesn't seem to get a lot of love.
Quoted from crlush:The car is never hit, I mounted it on black plexiglass, otherwise i dont think it will last long.
[quoted image]
The rubber is about where the mid-point of the ball is, which looks higher than your plexi. I wouldn't be surprised if the ball "rolls" up and hits the car with some solid shots.
Looks great regardless, I'd like to do something similar on mine.
Quoted from superpin:So I contacted Marco about this and it seems I bought the 535-9637 -01 and not the -00.. it appears the location of the 2 #2-56 hole are moved. Annoying but I can re-drill new mounting holes. fifty and jon9508 I think you guy are mistaken, take a closer look at the switch body location..
They are talking about a tach gauge mod and its operation.
