I thought I'd add a picture of my Grand Prix with NASCAR roms and translight 1017058_10201273290222403_1947263558_n.jpg1017058_10201273290222403_1947263558_n.jpg

I did the RPDE at Daytona the week before the 2012 Daytona 500, was great except I kept getting the yellow light down the back straight for getting too close to the lead car. Took some restraint to not pass the guy, had to realise I wasn't racing my dirt car.

Quoted from MustangPaul:

Fun aint it. How many laps? I did it before they resurfaced the track and in between turn 3-4 there was a dip that jerked my head sideways every lap. I don't know how the drivers in a real race, in traffic and 30-40mph faster then me could handle it. I know they have side head guards on their seats and I didn't but man hitting that just messed me all up.

I think it was 8 laps from memory, it was the first year that they resurfaced the track so it was real nice.

Quoted from maddog14:

which set of roms sound better, Nascar or Grand Prix?

NASCAR is better, Grand Prix guy has a bit of a dodgy British accent.

You can tell it's fake?

Maybe being Australian helps, but from memory it does sound a bit off to me.

Quoted from maddog14:

But we 'mericans' love us some british accents. It has to better than Darrell Waltrip sound a like.

I think they got Allen Bestwick to do the commentary

Quoted from Fifty:

Under the PF? I was using clear dome. Usually I use the domeless but I didn't have any left.
I'm really having a hard time with the yellow inserts. I just don't like the colour. It's a greenish yellow, not a pure yellow.

I have standard white leds and mine is a greenish colour as well
