May be I'm wrong, but I'm quite sure that it doesn't exist !
    Why ?

► Because the door is a model from Gottlieb, but that has been produced after 1975. All doors produced before, had not the round logo (but a rectangle, or nothing). So this limit the origin from Gottlieb itself or a copy from this brand. Unless if the door has been changed !
► But the design is also unusual for Gottlieb. Indeed, it's not symetrical ! Most (if not all) front door designs from Gottlieb are always simple. Even on EM, it was either a full blank background, or symetrical pattern. The design has evolved later, but far after 1978. And you can check, the Charlie's Angels door is not an exception to this rule. So, as this one look like a spiral, and most of the picture is hidden by the door, I doubt it was from Gottlieb.

You said that the sides are differents ? like the original Charlie's Angels ?

So, may be the original front has been destroyed and replaced by a piece of wood ? may be this piece is even not from a front door !
Just curious to see the sides and the angles sides/front of this cabinet.
