Here’s the same game, different name. Both have their name in the bottom right corner of the BG meanwhile your pic just continues the water in that space.

After a closer look I’ll go with Fleet. In the link above for Fleet you’ll see two different BGs in the pics. One has the name in the lower right corner and no plane left of the ship. The other pics show yours exactly.

Awesome! No history on this one, found it in New Hampshire but who knows how May games are left on such a small run…
