Guys thought I would share Namco has released a new line of games.

Bandai Namco just changed up thier Pacman line from Arcade Party to Pacman Pixel Bash and it now has even more games. The coolest part is the new “chill” cabinet. It has a refrigerator in the game! Seems like a very cool addition for the “over the top” man cave mentality. Plus makes beer acces easy They still offer the Regular upright, and the cocktails as well.

We are excited to announce we are now a dealer as well!

    Quoted from YeOldPinPlayer:

Greg can you share pricing info? No Ms. Pac-Man seems odd.

Play these great titles all in one cabinet: Bosconian, DigDug, Dragon Spirit, Galaga, Galaga 88, Galaxian, Mappy, PAC-MAN, Pac-Mania, Rally-X, Rolling Thunder, Xevious, Baraduke, Dragon Buster, DigDug II, Tower of Druaga, Gaplus, Grobda, Hopping Mappy, King & Baloon, Metro-Cross, Motos, New Rally-X, Pac & Pal, PAC-MAN Plus, Rompers, Skykid, Skykid Deluxe, Splatterhouse, Super PAC-MAN, Super Xevious

It is my understanding Ms Pacman is included, it is on the other lists for the other games, even on the cabinets

It is possible something has changed, so I will check into it.

    Pricing is $2999

    Quoted from Mike_J:

Can you get one with a real coin door?
Have to admit, that machine looks great.

Do you mean instead of the fridge? They are available yes, with a real coin door but commercial use is prohibited and the coin door is disabled. These are less expensive as well

    Quoted from Only_Pinball:

Are they going to have a bar top like they did with Arcade Party?

They are still offering the arcade party bar top as they have in the past. It will not have the expanded game selection like pixel Bash

    Quoted from Mike_J:

Really? My 25th Anniversary Pac Man, which I bought NIB, has the coin door and can be set up for commercial use. When did they make the change? Why have the coin door if it can't be set up for commercial use?
    Thanks

Looks like only_pinball and thermionic answered this pretty well. I will add a couple items. Both Namco and Chicago gaming offer a home version. These cost less than coin op commercial even though the game and build quality is the same. It’s because they are for profit and they charge more for this type of licensing.

Lastly, in speaking with Namco they are working on a full size home edition Pixel Bash, not sure when it is coming but that’s the word.

    Quoted from Fizz:

Does the fridge power up separately from the game? In other words, does the fridge have to be running all the time in order to play the game?

the chill cabinet, the fridge and the game have separate plugs. The game also has a separate switch so you don’t have to unplug it to turn it on/off. If you want to just turn the game off and leave the fridge on, you can flip the game switch (under the control panel and above the fridge) off and the fridge will keep running.

I decided to open up the chill and take a look, there is nothing out there for people to see, so I thought I would take the time to make a quick video of it!
