    Here’s my understanding (looked into these recently):

    The cabaret version (19” monitor) is free play only and has Ms. Pac-Man. The coin door is for aesthetics only.

    The fridge version is in same cab as cabaret. Not sure about the power configuration (I assumed the fridge is always on).

    The coin-op version has the full size cab and 26” monitor. Mrs. Pac Man is only accessible when the machine is set for free play, and there are no Ms. Pac Man imagery or references in the cab art. (There is some licensing issue with Ms. Pac Man that precludes Namco from distributing it for commercial use.)

    Cocktail version is non coin-op only, 19” screen.
