I've had Mystic for about a year and a half. I just noticed a circle on the playfield. It is hardly noticeable-- I just saw it for the first time after doing a very light cleaning with Naptha. (This is my second time cleaning & waxing the PF.)

My first thought is that a previous owner set a can of something on the PF while working on it, but I don't think this PF has ever been restored.

Has anyone seen this on other early SS Ballys ? Maybe its a known thing?

Quoted from Grizlyrig:

Heads up you got this in the EM section.

‘Doh! Just about all of my posts are here, got in the habit.

Doesn’t make sense, though. Unless maybe they were applying clearcoat.
I’d still have bought the machine, if I’d seen the ring. I was in love….
