I picked up a populated FP playfield a while back, and I’m thinking of touching it up, and clear coating it. I pulled it out this evening to inspect it, and discovered it already has a coat of some kind of clear on it. It’s not glossy by any means, but it is there. I typically use Omni clear on my playfields, and I’m consider what might happen if I spray over the existing clear, and it’s some kind of incompatible lacquer.

What kind of reaction would I see if say I put Omni over a water based clear? I’m thinking of putting a drop over the existing clean under the apron area just to see how it reacts.
