I am seeing a near 95% discount being applied to my items in my store. I checked the prices on my items, and they are correct. However if a customer adds an item to cart, there is a massive discount being applied. Also i dont have any discount codes active.

Any idea why this is. Its holding up orders in my store.

On a slightly different matter. When I accept an order in my Pinside shop/store, I typically provide additional info. But if a customer replies to me from within the store, I dont get a notification that the customer is requesting additional info through the Pinside site, but I do through email which I do not prefer. I would rather get this notification in a similar manner as getting a PM. I have been scorched twice due to this becasue I was expecting to see a notification in the bar at the top right of the screen.

So in short. Is it possible to get notified when a customer is trying to contact me from within the Pinside Shop by way of the bar at the top right... similarly as a PM?
