Hi !
Just restoring a TZ and i have removed the mylar on the playfield.Just wondering if it is necessary to intsall a new one back on it.It will only be played a couple of times a month i guess when i'm finished with it.
The playfield looked better when i removed it.One of them was damaged so i decided to remove the others too.
I've seen others restorations and some of them decided not to install new mylar on it.
Thanks for all tips

No mylar is necessary if used in home and well maintained !

I always reinstall Mylar under ramps where the ball drops and in pop bumpers that see a lot of action.

Wax before you install the Mylar, so you can easily get it off the next time.
