Quoted from 6S3NC3:

I went through some not so good times after Super storm sandy (being on the island and an insurance agent) and had to back out of the zombie pin. I sent John emails letting him know I was unable to keep up on payments and had to back out. John never replied back to me nor sent me my refund. I have sent him 3 emails and not a single reply. I did not think John would do that and I did not make a big deal about it. Not the first thing on my mind after what I went through, but after reading this I figure i would post my 2 cents. I also did visit John and had nothing but good things to say about what I saw. This feels like many years ago to me.

Give him a call. Much easier to catch him and get a response that way.
