I am in the middle of my FH PF swap right now as well. I'll look forward to your posts!

I just ordered the Phoenix Arcade FH decals. I would liked to have seen the gen2 from PPS next to the Phoenix decals to see the diff between pixel printing and screen printing. I would guess gen2 is easier (less expensive) and the way things will go in the future but what is the real quality/image difference. I don't know anything about printing - like I said it would be interesting to see the two side by side.

I thought I read a few months back that Phoenix was losing (lost) its FH license to print??

Was your paint just a Behr latex paint then?

Yeah - I was surprised you were using latex paint. Maybe it is fine though (no experience to back up an opinion). I bought a can of the painters touch blue to check it out and like you said it was way wrong. I found a Montana Gold Acrylic paint that is close (tiny bit darker) to what my original paint is. I am really waiting until I get my new decals to see the color match. I am interested to hear what others have used!

from google search ...

latex paint is water based, acrylic is chemical based. As the acrylic has chemicals, it is more elastic than latex paint. The acrylic paint contracts and expands better than the latex paint because of this elasticity. The acrylic paint is more durable as it resists flaking, chalking, and peeling.
