Just noticed a crack in the translite for my SWE1. When I inspected the back I noticed it is getting very brittle and lifting from the glass in about an 8 inch area. This was not the case a month ago.

Anyone else have this happen?
Is there something that can be put on the translite to keep this from happening?
Guess I'm now shopping for a new translite.

Have not noticed anymore heat in the area. All fans are working now but they were not working when I purchased the game so maybe the damage was already well on the way. It's mostly on the left side. It is a florescent tube. Guess I will look into converting to LED. Now to see if I can find a replacement translate at a decent price.
