Why do great games always happen when you are in a hurry and have to leave to go somewhere?
My son Preston and myself started up a quick game of AC/DC before he had to leave for a college meeting. My game was going so poorly that I just drained the balls so he would not lose his focus.
Anyway he made it to Encore mode with the machine set to the factory 8 song request per song.
It was nerve racking getting the last two songs completed, but it finally happened.
There is was on the DMD, Encore Mode. (Funny that they make you choose it).
The live song was a blast as well as the new rules during the three ball play.
My only complaint would be that the volume level of the live song is much softer than the other studio songs. Final score 538 Million.
Love this game. Still trying to bring my heart rate down and I was not even playing.
I did record the entire Encore mode, but I am not the best at posting vids.

The most songs I have completed is 8 or 9.
He certainly beat me on this one.
Heading to the Houston Tourney on the 3rd. Hope his skills hold up.
Last year he almost beat a ranked player.

3 ball, but with an extra ball at 35 million and 100 million.
I will try and post the video later tonight, but don't watch if you do not want to know the Encore song. Although because of the volume being so low on the song, not sure how loud it will be on the video. They really need to adjust that in a future update.

At least I do have the excuse of it being my first iPhone video to ever upload.
However it did look great before I had to fix it so it would not show up sideways.
Never again though. I have learned my lesson and will always say no to vertical video

We did not even notice the VIP pass was lit for the Encore mode. Oh well, live and learn.
He was too busy trying to figure out what was going on with the rules and I was doing a spur of the moment film.

Grandparents in the next room watching TV and us not expecting to be filming an Encore mode is why the game was set on a volume of 44. Which is plenty loud on the regular songs but the Live song is way too soft.
I have an external sub under the cabinet and if I were to put it on 54 no one would be able to hear anything in the rest of the house.

He just did it again today, but this time during Sunday dinner, with a crowd of people to watch.
Made sure the volume was cranked this time, which helped, but the Encore song is still softer than the studio songs.
This time he did not waste the VIP passes, but here is a funny heads up for all you guys that make it to Encore.
The War machine spinner shot during Encore makes you spin the spinner 50 times to progress.
We all wondered if the VIP pass would award the song and move on.
Well, it does not, it just awards one spin on the spinner and wastes the pass.
Lesson learned.
Damn this is a fun machine.
