My (second) one of a kind The Walking Dead Limited Edition is in progress. External is finally 98% done. Slid it outside for a driveway photo session. It got a little cloudy in the 5 minutes it took me to slide it out! Still better than indoor photo session.

Second one of a kind?
-I had a fully modded custom LE in 2016-2017 (had the Stern blood vinyl armor) but had to sell for life reasons. This one stays.

Thanks to external team
- pmWolf for getting her ready for me!
-Terry (armor) pinballlife
-Marco (lockdown bar, riveting) marcospec
local powder coater nailing the shade I chose
-local welding shop (the star of the show! hand cut blood cutout based merely off my doodle)
-Doug (Speakerlightkits inserts)
-Pinnovators (custom stamping my headphone kit)
Matt (voodoo glass is awesome)
-Home Depot for paint samples to paint t-molding and pincup
-remaining that I can think of- Modfather shooter rod

Not external but visible:
Apron Thanks Joe Pingraffix joeraptor2003
Side art Thanks Jose

I’ll update gradually with lighting and playfield, etc.

PS- shameful plugs:
-Don’t forget my game-changing sound mod that adds Radiohead Nine Inch Nails all essentially perfectly looped instrumental to this masterpiece.
-Play at my location, My Parents Basement when you’re in ATL (17+ well maintained modern Sterns).

Thanks!
-KG

Great work. TWD is my favorite to and fun to mod out.

Don’t see the colordmd lcd on your list. For this pin really a must have, just like Cleland sound mod of alternative version of it.

Now that's a piece of art, I got to know that color for the trim and cupholder.

I’m not a fan of this pin. But dam this one looks awesome. Good for you!

Great modding for an awesome pin. Loved mine and was sorry to let it go.

#8 1 year ago

Blood red armor looks way better than poop brown the LE shipped with. That game is plenty brown already.

Thanks! I’ll go remind myself later today and share the colors used. Should have included in original post.

I am not a mod fan at all, very much in the camp of less is more and by less I mean none... but... that "West Georgia Correctional Facility" piece over the prison doors is pretty sweet, that is a pretty clunky looking mech and that sign really does a great job of hiding things and looking good too... it doesn't look like a 3D print either, so either really good printing and painting or is it injection molded?
