Nice method and thanks for making the video nandemoguy.

mima, I use Papillio supplies paper, which is higher quality than you can typically find locally.

While the fancy tools are nice they're really not necessary. Get a piece of .093" Lexan at Home Depot and for the straight cuts you can score the plastic and snap it and for curves use a coping saw. Then smooth the edges with a file and finish off with a buffing wheel and some plastic rouge. Once you're done it will look as good as a laser cut plastic.
