Quoted from beelzeboob:I do. And in half the time.
(Disclaimer: If you didn't notice, Skypilot and I are good friends, and we bust each other's balls relentlessly. None of it is done with ill will ----even though it may sound that way--so, even though it sounds like I'm a gigantic douchebag, I'm really not. Well...not in this instance, anyway. In others, I'm the King of the Douchebags.)
And PS - I really like insulting Skypilot in his son's thread. The kid's smart and is totally in on it. No worries!
I was aware of the friendship, so no worries there. How could you have gotten away with it otherwise? But I had not seen the other restoration threads which are really inspiring.
Quoted from pinball_faz:BTW... cool idea of using a pool floaty on the cab to keep the wires from scratching the paint/rails.
You should get that idea over to mot's DIY tool thread.

Personally, I would add some towels to fully protect the cabinet, inside and outside.
