I developed a problem with a no-longer new in box from Tilt ... my first... and i can't get anyone at Tilt to respond. I seriously need a new flat cable and no one at Tilt will respond with a part number.
Stern Tech Support has responded about a different matter ... once, but hasn't followed thru with the requested information.
Not feeling love from *ANY* distributor at this point.
Gonna call bullshit on this, I responded to you that i needed the part number, you replied saying you sent it already, although not to me, and then sent me a part number that is not a stern part number, so i couldnt order it. So please dont lie and say you didnt get a response
