Buy it all. $16,800 as a lot.
Priced individually below, buy more than one game I will discount. Buy 3 or 4 games I will discount even more.
Pricing is difficult to do, with little to no info of games for sale I use condition, rarity, past ebay "actual hammer" sales from bostonpinball.biz and Mr Pinball as a guide.

The jewels in the collection are Star Gazer and Catacomb.
Star Gazer has a clear coated restored pf .
Catacomb looks HUO inside and out.

Will update thread as I get time. In one way shape or form because of age these will need a few lamp sockets as some are flakey, please take that in account.

Wow, you were quite proud of those and they were nice from what I remember. Serious about that fastback, huh?

#3 5 years ago

Oh to be independently wealthy...

#4 5 years ago

Oh the love of the classic stern's. Great collection. probably for most with a pile of DMD's could be the best thing you ever bought....LOL...

What is the list of games in that collection?

Look at the games he has linked. Just above the first post.
Man....... wish I could get these. Great games.

#9 5 years ago

That's the nicest Catacomb i've ever seen. looks brand new. crazy.

I did, but Star Gazer was not linked. And it was one of the games he mentioned.

And if you look at his collection, I believe there were 11 classic Sterns in there.

#11 5 years ago

It's in the list. Did you click on the '...' tab to expand the list of games?

I did. It wasn't there before, as were a few others.

It looks to be updated now.

Great collection. Good price. For someone new getting into the hobby about to spend $16k on two NIBs, he could sure have a lot more variety by grabbing these 14 classics.

In a perfect world Crazytown would be a city in Germany. Great Collection, great price - wrong location. Otherwise I would rent a truck to visit you today! All the best!

Wow, I have often thought, since I'm almost only DMD now, of filling my backroom with a nice classic stern collection. For the era, I like them more than even the Bally's. It's the only time where Stern has impressed me as a whole in comparison to the others.

Ugg, I actually charted out the route in thinking on this, was an opportunity...!

Huh. I swear that yesterday there were 13 linked, now it's 14. Stargazer is back in the list now.
Weird.

Meh, I know it goes for a lot, and is sought after, but SG IMO play wise would be in the lower half of those games. Meteor, Seawitch, Nineball, Catacomb, Quicksilver, if in nice shape, those are the ones that are catching my eye, the rest are just icing on the cake.

Indeed, Stargazer is a looker but Seawitch and Quicksilver are much better in gameplay.

Stargazer with the 09 rules that Oliver programmed and Dave and I created is an awesome game when set where the inside scoops don't score bonus. (And the bonus multiplier resets after every ball). Makes it so you have to hit every Zodiac. Arguably one of the best 80's game. Though I do love the others and own them too.

My love for the witch has reduced some but I love em all.

Agreed Stargazer is really well done with 09 rules. It is one of my favs. I really enjoy Meteor and Seawitch as well. I would love a Quicksilver and a nineball. I havent found nice examples of either yet.

Video of a quick view is posted. Notes adjusted at top of thread (and will continue to do so on each game).

Anyone want to buy the lot at once great !

I am responding to wants and PM's this later weekend. I'm out of town now. Will start to price them accordingly and start a gallery of photos to link to in the next week. It takes time selling this many at once.

I had an Iron Maiden but sold that early on.

#27 5 years ago

Fine collection. I'd make my move but I'm just about oh, say 16 grand shy. Would love that Catacomb though. Nicest one I've ever seen.

#28 5 years ago

Thats a sweet Catacomb

All PM's have been answered and kept updated.
I'll be updating the list at the top with pics and info by Monday.

So far it sounds like Quicksilver, Cheetah and Star Gazer for sure are gone as individuals. Others are pending on info/pics. I do have an interested party in the whole lot, that was my original intention to sell as a lot. Once I have my gallery of pics up I've give 24 hours to make decisions. Then go to the next guys.

I'm going in the order of PM emails that responded 1st, once I have pics and info up that person has 24 hours to get back to me if they want the game and payment then I move to the next guy.

I accept paypal as gift funds no fees, or MO, checks (wait to clear before shipping)

Trying to be as fair as possible to projected buyers.
Expo delivery is an option IF it comes to that, I would have to rent a trailer so expect $25 each game delivery to help costs.
