My guess is you will be turning away work soon 
I hope the artist that made the molds for those plastics sees this post, I'm sure he would love to see them painted the right way, his plastics really are amazingly detailed. I never would have know it with the Williams 30 second paint job.
Nicely detailed base plastics + incredible paint job = pure awesomeness.
