JG makes a good point. Everyone should stick to their word. With that said, in my business we do not take deposits. It is not fair to anyone to accept a "deposit" on something only to have the buyer back out for some reason when a cash buyer is standing there wanting to take the merchandise home. If you truly want the product send 100% of the money and pick it up when you can or look for something closer.
I had to send in 100% of my payment for GBLE about a month ago. Never seen the product - just trusting the seller will deliver.
