I was surprised to see the megatron anti airball shelf installed already. I guess you got a later run machine, so stern may have started installing that stuff at the factory.
That blue rubber on the left ramp will get ball marks on it pretty quick, so since yours looks clean/new i think that lends itself toward this being NIB.
