2011 SLP Camaro ZL-1. Only 5900 miles on her and she is a beast to drive. Number 8 of 69 but they ended up only building 32 with two of them test cars and not numbered according to everything I've been able to research. Road and Track did an article of this car when it was first announced back in 2011.

    Quoted from woody24:

Nice! I may have seen that car before was handed off. Are you the original owner? When they released those, Chevy brought the first few ones to the Fred Gibb Memorial Car Show in LaHarpe, IL. I believe that's where the owners took the keys. I know they did a handful, but wasn't sure what number they got up to. Maybe 5?

No this car isn't one of those. It was built by SLP ( Street Legal Performance) with Chevrolet help. It started off as a 2011 SS 2LE Camaro and then was converted by SLP. It has an aluminum 427 like the original 69 COPO cars but is supercharged. Here is a video of its announcement in 2011 from Road and Track.
