Quoted from Sputnik:16 RT with 8 speed and super track pack. I bought it 3 weeks ago with 2100 miles. Never seen such a garage queen.

How many horses?
My pal had a 68 1/2 428SCJ. Green with the Mach stripe and shaker. Lived in his garage for a 20 year long restoration. When finally completed it was showroom. Spent a lot to get it right. Life caught up and it went for sale. In 2010 it went for 68K. It now lives down in Australia.
Quoted from jhanley:That would be a 1969.
Nope. We spent hours pouring over that serial #. 68 1/2. Heres a link to its double.https://www.barrett-jackson.com/Events/Event/Details/1968-FORD-MUSTANG-428-CJ-FASTBACK-15363
Quoted from jhanley:You said" Super "CJ which didn't debut until 1969 .There were no Mach 1's til 69 either. A 68 1/2 is a 68 style mustang.
I'm sure your correct, you definitely seem to know your shit. I'm just going off memory and the love of the old pony cars. It was an incredibly bad ass sound when that thing turned over.
