People are realizing the code sucks, and don't feel like waiting 26+ months for another Stern/Dwight lie like others are going through on Ghostbusters. Don't blame them for trying to get off this one ASAP before the bottom falls out.

The fact that Lyman does a lot of these code update jobs from home tells me that Stern doesn't really value him all that much anyway.
