Ive picked up a Munsters premium with the stern topper and the clock is having a bit of trouble around the 5-6 o’clock area.
The hand moves freely everywhere except from 5-6. It sounds like it’s really bogging down as it passes through that area.
Is this something that others had encountered and if so was there a fix for it?

Thanks guys. Exactly what I needed.

Ok. I checked the opto interruptor and it was fine. Thought I’d look into this a bit more and found two things.
The interruptor locator screw was not lined up with the flat part of the motor shaft. Changed that and it was great. Put the front plastic on and it was bogging down again. I drilled the hole one size bigger and hey presto it works perfectly except…..
I’m not sure if it was doing this before but it seems to be one hour ahead of time. Raven says “it’s 4 o’clock never more but the hand is on 5. Now I didn’t change anything to do with the optos so I can’t see why it would be doing this.

Really? Wow. So the clock hand is always exactly 1 hr ahead of ravens call out and Stern says it doesn’t show the correct time? It could show the correct time that is called out as the machine seems to know where the hand is every time. That’s an embarrassing stuff up right there.
