Unfortunately I do not have the Munsters game, but I believe the LED timer that is directly above the flippers on the mini playfield is supposed to be counting down time until the mode is over and shoots the ball back to the top of the playfield. Make sure all the connectors are secured from the mini playfield. It looks as if something is not getting power since that timer is off also. Maybe that power source that connects the timer also powers optos that are not getting power? Something is not right since the timer is not powered on either.
