I haven't seen pics myself but a friend and a few other influential pinball collectors I know have seen pics on C. Franchi's phone and they all tell me the premium and le have a lower playfield also the main playfield only has 2 flippers.

Quoted from PinballManiac40:and a 3rd upper level or mini playfield?
Quoted from Pinhead1982:Any other info? Artwork on PF Black & White? Staircase ramp in the middle?
There is no upper playfield,I was assured of that as I'm looking at Munsters as my first nib purchase and I'm not a fan of upper or lower playfields so a pro will be my choice. I didn't ask any other questions except the additional playfields and how many flippers it had.
A friend just called a distributor to put his name down for a Munsters when released and was told January.
Quoted from wolfemaaan:So what will be the next date for Munsters when Stern turns out The Smurfs on Tuesday at CES?
Don't even tease me with Smurfs when I'm drunk! !!!
BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!
I'M HEARING STRONG RUMORS OF AN 11 AM VEGAS TIME REVEAL WITH LIVE STREAM ON TWITCH
Dwight said on Head to Head that Zach and the other pros seldom get through the second munster madness
I feel I have little to no risk buying Munsters before playing.I like the way every Stern plays but GB but I don't own any because I haven't liked a theme they've done.I've been waiting on a theme that I like and Munsters is it.if it plays like Metallica cool,ACDC cool, got cool, gotg cool.....
Quoted from Squizz:Next thing we will see from Stern is electro mechanical rules being added.
Come on get real......
Pretty much got that with the Beatles and it's fab-ulous
Everyone's complaining they've seen it all, they've made it to munster madness, not much to the code, well maybe you should look at this as a throwback game were it was about high score not making it to some wizard mode but some deep scoring strategy code mixed in.try learning how the code really works and have some fun trying to beat your friends or just your last score.
*this is a friends score not mine and this is a great score but about 1/3 of his best on location
Quoted from TheLaw:I don't know why anyone thinks completing level 1 of 3 is the wizard mode.
Because now I to am a wizard like you,Elwin,Sharpe,JD.........it's really good for my ego.
Munsters wasnt for me either the first 50-60 games but now that I've got some shots and strategies down I'm loving it!!!!! Release tournaments today and tomorrow, its going to be a fun weekend.
It's cracking me up all these players saying it's to easy but your scores suck, there's more to pinball than starting a mode.maybe if you find it so easy try to get a higher score.....you remember high scores? Pinball? Beating your friends?
Munsters is about SCORE!!!! Completing the modes and getting to Munster Madness is not the goal, stacking super jackpots is the goal on this one.I love playing almost every Stern and Munsters is a dream theme for me so I bought Munsters blind and after a few days I was second guessing my purchase but after putting about 100 games on it I've fallen in love!!!! This game is so much fun now that I understand the mutipliers, stacking and I can hit the Dragula shot with some consistency. It's just different rules that are more score focused like a ww or f14 and not mode based like x-men.
Quoted from Who-Dey:I sure hope Munsters turns out that good, that would be awesome!
Gb is the only stern I refuse to play.I've even been known to drop in my dollar at a tournament and just plunge the 3 balls and take a strike.I'd love to Todd Tuckey every Gb off a roof.
I'm not a fan of mini playfields so I went with a pro.my friend got an LE and I must admit the lower playfield is not bad,not a must have but despite not feeling like pinball it does add to the grandpa mode and if I had a premium or LE I wouldn't disable it.95% of the game takes place up top so it doesn't slow the game down or get annoying imo.
