Great theme!!! It's a smorgasbord of ideas. Grampa's lab is almost a theme all by itself.

Quoted from John_I:I always preferred the Munsters over Addams Family when I was a kid. It had better characters and writing.
I respectfully disagree. While I am a fan of the Munsters, I always felt the humor was written more for children, where the Addams had more of an adult comedy feel with some sexual overtones.
Quoted from spfxted:I just think The Munsters would make a better pinball machine. Lots of cool stuff. Spot the Dragon could come out from under the staircase (ramp), etc. Someone told me that Spot was the T-Rex from the film, The Land Unknown. Now I have to check it out....
Even though I'm more in the Addams' camp when it comes to my preferred show, I also think there's more to work with in a pin with the Munsters theme. Plus their family car was way cooler and would look great on a playfield.
Quoted from spfxted:That's Joe E. Ross.....
I knew youd get that straightened out, Ted. I'm just shocked you didn't throw in a pic yourself.
Quoted from NPO:Actually, I think so! I'll admit, I've been stuck on the 1991 TAF, and while I've seen still images from the b/w version, I have never felt the urge to see the source material. Raul Julia nailed that performance so well, I am too scared to look back any further ; ).
Julia , was the best part about those movies , but he's no John Astin. He also did a phenomenal job on providing some audio for the pinball machine.
Quoted from EricHadley:Why is no one talking about this?

The artwork on the premium model is outstanding. I really dont see any way to improve on it and it fits the theme perfectly.
That is a great looking game. I prefer the colored game, but overall it looks like a solid package. Audio might get a bit monotonous in home use (what doesnt?), but if you like the Munsters like I do, that's a home run.
Same layout does not equate to it being the same game or even similar. Way too much emphasis is being put on pf layouts. Of course it matters, but its not the only thing that matters.
Quoted from iceman44:No shit on the roll out because they have F Ed it up with terrible themes and production
It’s the announcement of Woz and a new frontier of tech and LCD video that got things rolling
You obviously weren’t around then
No question about it. JJP, kicked it up a notch on WIZ and Stern responded. I only hope in some way the energy around this Munsters pin carries over to Elvira 3.
