Quoted from jeffspinballpalace:So 1000 Beatles are run and done?
Probably so plus the additional 50 platinums. Stern can build 1000 in 4 weeks roughly. My Beatles was built mid Nov.

I am guessing that is the Pro Munsters cabinet because of the black rails that are not lollipop, but could also be Premiums without having more info.

Pros build first
slow boat to overseas
announcement
sales in US and delivery to time the slow boat.
Then LEs?
then Premiums?
Well, I saw them. Damn! now after MBR..I have to tell the wife, Munsters "IS" going to happen. More money more money, cause I'm definitely getting one.
also was able to save those images to prove it to her!
Quoted from Sinestro:I kid....I kid......
Good, I thought it might be time for a new pair of specs.
Seems like dinner time and everyone’s here. We are seated around the table .... drinking and eating and enjoying each other’s company. Waiting for Stern to ring the doorbell and deliver the main course - a Munsters Pro, Prem and LE. Who’s hungry?
Problem is, Stern is so busy making money and depositing it in the bank, they barely have time to make our requested pet project, Munsters. Seems like the time is right to announce and show pics. They’ll be ready to start production of LE’s in second week of January.
Prediction - Munsters will be revealed by Stern before Monday night, 12/17/18 at 12:00am EST ***
Quoted from bicyclenut:WOW Sterns website got an update!
Yay! Can't open it from work anymore!!! -_-;
(Well, I can. But it looks like a mess. - Internet Explorer 11)
Quoted from jeffspinballpalace:I’m more intrigued by the update to ifpa site. What’s going on over there?
deeproot is a sponsor, nothing secret about it.
Quoted from gliebig:I'm kinda surprised about the excitement for this theme.
Go watch the shows, they hold up.
Quoted from RebelGuitars:So Primus is on the line...but look what else.

Thank you for this pic RebelGuitars!
Quoted from Aurich:deeproot is a sponsor, nothing secret about it.
Lots of money thrown around. All of it aimed at ‘the pinball show crowd’.
Is Deeproot real or just an elaborate hoax?
I remember sorta asking the same question when strippers went to expo with Big Lebowski flyers.
Feels like the Scientology of pinball.

Does that make Stern the Roman Catholic Church?
Spooky is in Wisconsin, so they are clearly the Lutherans.
Quoted from ShinyBall:Now the problem, (for me at least) a very colorful premium cabinet...or the black and white LE...
LE not B&W.....
Quoted from ShinyBall:so this was speculation?[quoted image]
That's the Vault/Dungeon Edition.
Quoted from Sinestro:That looks like the LE to me.
...things change from time to time...

haha...stayed tuned...

Given that the "Premium" art from that original leak is now on the Pro, there seem to have been changes. I just hope they didn't make the Premium art suck as they are wont to do.
Quoted from JimB:This pin has to be the worst kept secret in Sterns history no?
I dont why they really need to try to keep this a secret. In the 1990s days the company used to promote coming soon on the DMD of then Data East next title. When customers saw Jurassic Park, the players were so excited. I still remember them asking for Deathball 2000 which had been shown on WWF. It was a great way to keep your customers coming back to check in to see if new pin already on your location.
Not in B&W the playfield at all? or not in B&W nothing of what we see here in these nice leaked L.E. pics that has been condemned, photoshopped, criticized, attacked, denigrated, called fake ones, and whatever montage by whatever.etc?...
If this is in fact the LE...1 LE it is mine, knowing that I love the art of the PRO 100%...(the other nice photoshopped one too).

B&W for me (if real). I grew up watching the show in the '60s in B&W. There's no reason for me to start colorizing The Munsters now.
The artwork I've seen looks very nice, but I wish Stern would have gone with something that looks more like it's from the '60s. I've got nothing against Christopher Franchi, his work is amazing, but his style is almost approaching photorealism, and I don't like that Stern is basically Photoshopping individual images all over the playfield (Batman). I'd much rather see something that looks like one large coherent piece of art, and more in a hand-drawn comic style like I've seen from Jeff Zornow (Alice Cooper) or Greg Freres (Whoa Nellie).
These old jigsaw puzzles from Whitman have some great looking '60s artwork on them:
I'm all in on this one no matter what, though!
Quoted from Amused_to_Death:I'm all in on this one no matter what, though!
Me too!
Announcement coming any day now, I am excited for this title. I still am not going to go in blind-I have learned my lesson. I am interested in the LE/Premium if it has the added features to make the game play better. I am a little concerned about lower playfield. Lower playfields can be hit or miss imo. Some are cheesy and some are cool, I cant stand AC/DC lower-it made me sell my Premium and buy a Pro. If the lower playfield is more of a novelty-I will look at the Pro. I am done buying LE/Premiums because of extra bling-the only thing that matters to me is gameplay.
