I cant recall this being used anywhere else? Is it the first time the pinball ramps have done this?

To my knowledge, you'll find this style of ramp in Tales From The Crypt and Stern's Pirates of the Caribbean (the Jack The Monkey ramp). Maybe other people know of more examples?

Champion pub, water world?

There's one on Wheel of Fortune, but it's not as dramatic. The implementation on Munsters is excellent, probably the best of any of the games already mentioned.

No...those are not the same style at all. Unless I'm missing something.

I am pretty sure Borg was the first (and only?) to use this style with TFTC. The others mentioned (POTC, WoF) are almost more of a reverse scoop, but if we are counting them as the same, Jurassic Park uses two of them. WoF's is really cool with the inline drop targets leading up to it. That's such an amazing layout...I wish it would be rethemed to something a bit more exciting (sorry...way off topic).

I can't think of any others similar to Munsters besides TFTC.

Strange Science, the "anti gravity" ramp.

Jeez is that game a piece of shit. Seems to be a common thread for games with this feature.

WPT left ramp is similar too. I think I've seen it called an 'inverted scoop'. Not quite the same as Munsters though, since munsters has sorta a regular ramp leading up to the inverted part

Thought I would revisit this. How many games have that turn around 180 ramp like Alien, TFTC? I think Oktoberfest, Munsters - any else? I didn't think WW or BSD had it.

Waterworld has several of them... one at ball launch, one at the Deez/Atoll and one at the Harpoon ... Rescue 911 has one right off the plunger... it is how the ball enters the playfield...

Black Knight uses it too entering the PF (probably BK2K as well).

I think the thing that's unique about it is that it's at the top of another ramp.

Pharaoh has one for entry from the plunge

Thanks guys - I guess JP Prem has a variation of it too.

I think all the williams bi-levels use the same little loop. Jungle Lord/Solar fire, etc
