I know that in the past, Al has said something along the lines that his original works are important too. It could be his creative input that influenced the song list.

I am sending mine email as soon as my phone hits 1 second after 8am local time (9am central). Going to be super disappointed if I miss out on an LE, but would still buy a Standard (especially since there isnt a game difference between the two)
The right original theme can be great as well. I would hate to see everything be a license, but they do very well, especially among casuals in a public location.
