Happy New Year (resized).png

2020 was a year full of some pretty incredible challenges.  Our hearts go out to everybody who endured personal loss or hardships along the way.  Many of our lives are forever changed.

As the New Year's Eve shows reviewed the past year, what was most notable to us were not the tragedies but instead the many examples of people overcoming challenges and finding moments of success and joy.  For many of us, pinball brings us joy.  It's a hobby where it's fine to have varying opinions and to enjoy different things.  It's also a hobby that's best enjoyed in the company of others. Pinball is a social game, and keeping pinball alive through a global pandemic was a paradoxically insignificant and incredibly important challenge.

Mandated stay-at-home orders and cancelled shows made it impossible to bring people together to celebrate pinball.  At Multimorphic, we spent 2020 with our heads down, trying to make our products the best they could be and figuring out ways for people to get more enjoyment from their pinball machines.  In the grand scheme of things, it's nothing.  In the microcosm of pinball, it's a lot.  It helped us stay sane, and we hope it helped many of you find new ways to smile and enjoy the hobby.

We're looking forward to a fantastic 2021, where we hope we're able to see many of you in person, enjoying pinball together again.

Here are our major accomplishments from 2020 (ordered by date):

* Cosmic Cart Racing 2.0 with an entirely new 3-ball ruleset: Career Mode
* Heist - New game kit for the P3 with great story, layout, and toys (that crane!)
* Internet head-to-head gameplay (in Cosmic Cart Racing, other games coming soon)
* USB and Bluetooth headphone support
* Public release of the P3 development kit
* 2-year retroactive and transferable warranty on the P3 and P3 games
* Ranger In The Ruins (new mini-game for the P3 developed by 3rd-Party, Nick Baldridge)
* Twitch-Connect - A feature in certain P3 games that lets Twitch viewers control aspects of gameplay with commands in the chat box.
* Updated the P3 system so certain mini-games could work with all P3 playfields
* Shoot 'n Scoot (new mini-game for the P3)

Please have a safe and happy New Year!

Great job this year by the entire mm team! I'm sure that 2021 will prove to be a very good year for P3, as if 2020 could be outdone. I'm excited to see what's next. We are all waiting with baited breath...

We are hoping for a unique new design on a license if possible. In the mean time, P3 owners can enjoy the full featured and well coded games which are currently in production. I believe that, in the next 24 months, MM will become an irresistible proposition to many pinball hobbyists. I am hopeful that locations begin to provide P3 games to enhance visibility and increase the "word of mouth" marketing which the other manufacturers currently enjoy.

The sky's the limit for Multimorphic, the most innovative company in pinball in the present day!
