What is the small green board in the middle with the red lights? My machine won’t boot and I changed the cmos battery with no help. When I unplug power to that green board and hit the reset switch I get power to the motherboard and I can go into the Bios to reset everything. But as soon as I plug power back to that board everything shuts down. Any suggestions?
