That is crazy awesome Nick! Well done! Now I see what you mean by animations .... the dancing lights! Can't wait to play it!

Quoted from bingopodcast:

Here are a couple of videos showing off the 10 games currently present in Multi-Races! I apologize in advance for the quality. I
guess standing right beside an air conditioner and filming a video isn't the smartest thing to do.

I still have the menu to write and I have something cool planned for one of the score/instruction cards. Can't wait! I recently stripped an EM playfield and am going to try pop spoon switches for the player control buttons (once I have a minute to measure depths). These switches get hit pretty hard, which is a concern. I'll have to measure the distance carefully. I might want to bend a little frame around them as well, to prevent accidental mashing when lifting/lowering the glass. It almost certainly won't happen before York, but it probably should...

Gottlieb's New Daily-Races?

Quoted from bingopodcast:

Thanks luvthatapex2 - hope to see you at York!
I should be arriving home to a set of score and instruction displays! These are different than the ones used in the Multi-Bingo, and I think (hope) will provide a cleaner look. I'm excited to see how my idea for one of the games pans out. Any guesses as to which game would need a dynamic score/instruction display?

Those spring things at the 1,2,3,4,5,6 are bizarre. Is the purpose of those to slow down the ball as opposed to using a post which may bounce the ball too much? Neat how you will incorporate score and instruction displays. Very cool Nick!

Great job Nick! What a completist!!!

Quoted from bingopodcast:

Favorite is complete! I added some randomization to every motorized or carry-over stepper, and updated the menu. Now the game will be completely randomized when you start it up. For debugging/early game creation, I have most units start at zero position, to help find bugs and identify graphical issues.
There are 36 total games in Multi-Races now, and aside from some simple polish, I'm not sure how much more I can/will add on the coding side. Unless artwork is found for those other games, it might remain at 36 for some time!
The games provide a fascinating look into the history and development of these games - mostly from the standpoint of player appeal and keeping players coming back to new versions of games.
I'm looking forward to throwing this code on the real hardware and seeing if anything breaks. Hard to believe there are 26 more games than were available in York 2 weeks ago!
