There is a severe amount of corrosion on that 9 pin connector with the 4 wires going into it. I would gently remove those 3 connectors to inspect and you may need some pin and terminal repairs. Sometimes just removing and reinstalling the connectors will wipe the contacts enough to get it working again, but only temporary.
