Today Mug's Ale House in Williamsburg Brooklyn committed to
proudly have a Wizard Of Oz pinball machine for the public to play
The "Jersey Jack Pinball" neon sign will be going up soon. They currently
have ACDC Pro, and I was toying with the idea of putting ACDC LE premium
or LE to get players opinions on how they feel about the differences between
the two and if it is worth the extra money. They rearranged the space a bit and
it looks to me that space for 2 side by side now exists. I will offer them ACDC LE
to put along side WOZ for people to play while they wait for the great powerful OZ.
Mugs Ale House has been part of the NYC pinball community for a decade,
is and has been one of my favorite pinball bars. I remember driving back to Manhattan
on Bedford ave with my friend and we spotted a Sopranos and loved the new game
and when I bought the route, lifting up the playfield to see if If could fix the left flipper
which hadn't worked in 2 months when I saw one of the wires dangling an inch away
from the coil lug, and did my first repair.
I'm really happy that they are the bar that wants the game bad. I hope to see you there.
