While you get your DMM, check the TP voltage on the PSU(should be near the top of the pcb) as well as the fuses like mentioned above.
In the mean time, while you wait you could try reseating the connectors on the PSU.
Should be a 15 pin connector on the lower left side of the board. That carries the +5v.
