Great step by step thread! Just sold my M&MPM last year.
Advice on the pac matrix lamps: those bulb condoms are going to be baked from the years of use. They may not fit on new lamps because of heat expansion. They don't make colored bulbs in this size that I could find. I ended up coloring the bulbs with regular red and yellow sharpies. Worked out well, and no one that played it ever said a word--was at GameWarp here in Orlando for three days!
