    Quoted from resipsa:

Looking at a potential cross country move and just curious to get anyone's thoughts that have been through this before as to what I should do about my pins. I currently have 6 pins and my thinking is that having the movers take them along with all our other junk is going to add a lot of cost. Plus I'm kind of concerned with how I would need to prepare them so they would be safe. Would I be better off just selling them and rebuying them (or different ones), once we've moved? We're a number of months away from any move, but just starting to think about these kinds of details.

I don't know about you, but I get attached to my pins. I definitely would take them with me; assuming they mean something to you. Pins are shipped across country every day. Pack them well and stand them up. I would make sure you have some sort of insurance through your moving company though.
