Are you living in a Tokyo apartment? I doubt a pin would even fit in any of the apartments I've been in in Tokyo. Even the "big" ones are tiny.
There's so much to do in Tokyo, I wouldn't even take one. There is a private "pinball club" in Tokyo you could go to for the weekly meet ups.
