Where's the bacon?
Quoted from pinball_faz:One man's trash...
Trust me on those. They would be almost anyones trash.
I have tried giving them away at times and it proved to be more trouble than throwing them in the dumpster people asking for pics, needed them packed up wanting me to hold them for months
Don't know if anyone has proposed this before but if you offered a week long class for $1,000+ you'd have 20 guys watching you as you repaired a pin. Wouldn't even have to stop doing your normal work. I know I'd be there.
Think of the extra beer money
Good luck with the new shop.
Mega parts storage rack assembled and in place. It runs 6 feet wide 2 feet deep ,6.5 feet tall with lots of space between shelves and is great for large boxes ,toppers stuff like that.
This is where I keep all the items I am gathering for projects in wait not where I keep the actual teardown parts. That requires a much more heavy duty rack thanks to coil assemblies and transformers mostly.
This will be my satellite workspace and this is going to serve as the teardown/assembly room.
That being the case these will be my first projects here.
True prototype Whirlwind.
Dr Dude
NOB (New out of box) Black Knight
Maybe even this Catacomb depending on what level the owner wants to take it.

Careful with that prototype.... You don't want Lawlor coming in here and seeing that like the Addams prototype last year. He might have a heart attack (again). Lol

I will I didn't know he cared
Yeah I was a bit surprised by it myself. I think you did the right thing though. I mean I don't see what else you could have done.
Edit: .........

Yeah Pat is cool he designs some great games and I have tons of respect .He wasn't paying the bill or restoring the game though and I want to make the absolute most of what I have to work with so I have to do that.I thought it was great that he chimed in just the same though it clearly pissed him off so the passion was still there .
Can you guys say what happened with HEP and Lawlor? Sounds interesting but I must not have been around.
Quoted from dmbjunky:I must not have been around
Pretty easy to search high end pins old posts.

These are Pat's posts from that thread. I'm not really seeing "a heart attack" - just a bit of disappointment that the 'history' of the hand lettered inserts was removed.

Yes I do something similar to up the protien a bit by including a scoop of vanilla whey protien and a huge table spoon of real peanut butter to counter the vanilla a bit .I like this powder best for some reason it seems to blend in well.
Quoted from lordloss:When is the garage sale? I'm looking for a rocky and bullwinkle pf
